If your Roller Shade is not working try these steps:
- Wait for 30 seconds on a room view to give the tilt app time to communicate with each shade.
- Verify that all permissions for the tilt app are enabled on your mobile device, bluetooth requires location permissions to function properly.
- Force close the tilt app, or restart your mobile device, then start the tilt app again.
- Toggle the Bluetooth setting on your mobile device, off and then back on again.
- Toggle the Roller Shade off and back on again, there is a power switch on the Roller Shade.
